The rooms were excellent with chic decor and cleanliness. The staff offered really good service, especially at the restaurant where everyone was polite and attentive. We loved exploring the gardens and nearby historic temples, perfect for our family trip.

My wife says that the check-in could be smoother.

Thanks a lot all for a pleasant stay as a very value for money stay. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Convenient location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. Ate at Yaazh Restaurant, it's within a close distance from the venue.

The buffet dinner was very good, featuring a nice mix of flavors that catered to various tastes. We were also pleased with the well-kept garden area, which offered a quiet escape. It was easy to get back to the hotel after visiting Meenakshi Amman Temple, which is a must-see. Our experience was solid, but a few small maintenance issues in the room could be improved for the future.

The hotel was fairly clean, reasonably spacious. A wide range of tasty food at breakfast time. Had well-equipped room with amenities for a peaceful stay as a very value for money stay👌

The staff was attentive, especially during breakfast. Loved the comfortable room and the nice pool. The buffet dinner was very good and the bathrooms were really nice. Getting around was easy with just a short tuck-tuck ride to the main attractions 😊

Staying in the Fortune Club Room for two nights was an interesting experience. The room offered a comfortable sitting area and had excellent air conditioning. I appreciated the tv and the free Wi-Fi, great for both relaxation and staying connected. The location was convenient for visiting Madurai's main attractions, but getting around required tuktuk rides. Breakfast was a hustle with attentive staff who managed to cater to our needs even during a busy holiday time. The buffet dinner had decent options, but the food could use some more local flavors. The attentiveness of the staff was good.
